Terms of Use – I Cooked This

Welcome to I Cooked This! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the I Cooked This mobile application (“App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Subscriptions and Payment

The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (“Premium Subscriptions”):

• I Cooked This Premium Monthly – $1.99 USD per month
• I Cooked This Premium Yearly – $9.99 USD per year

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. The equivalent amount in local currency may vary based on your location and exchange rates, as determined by Apple. All payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing period (monthly or yearly) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.

Managing Subscriptions

• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.

2. No User Accounts

The App does not require user accounts. All features and subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by I Cooked This and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or otherwise tamper with the App.
• Use the App for unlawful purposes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I Cooked This and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
