Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases, making sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. If it still doesn't appear, get in touch using the address above.
Open Settings in the app and tap Delete Account under Manage Account. This removes your account and your diary entries. You can also email the address above and ask for it to be deleted.
