It helps to include your iOS version, your device model, and, for a puzzle problem, which day and puzzle number it was.
Everyone gets the same three puzzles each day, chosen automatically by date. The day rolls over at midnight UTC.
You get four free hints a day, and they arrive with the new puzzles at midnight UTC. You can earn another by watching an optional rewarded video, buy a pack, or get unlimited hints with Outlie Pro. Hints you earn or buy don't expire. Only the free daily ones reset. In the shop, hints are sold as Compass Tokens: one token is one hint.
A day only counts toward your streak when you solve all of that day's puzzles. Missing a day resets the streak. Solving an older puzzle from the archive does not change your streak either way.
Open Settings in the app (the gear icon on the home screen) and tap Restore purchases, making sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. If it still doesn't appear, get in touch using the address above.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals and Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.

Rewards are confirmed by Google's servers and can take a moment. If nothing arrives, check your connection and try once more. You won't be charged for a failed reward. If it keeps happening, get in touch using the address above.
